Mr. Zhang is currently the General Manager of CR Corporate Service and the Chairman of CR SWCS. He previously served as the Senior Vice President of China Resources Land Ltd., Director of the Supervision Department of China Resources Group, and Deputy Director of the Human Resources Department of China Resources Group. Prior to that, Mr. Zhang held positions at the Beijing Municipal Government and Beijing Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhang holds a Master's degree in Law from China University of Political Science and Law and joined China Resources Group since 2011

Mr. Li is currently the Vice General Manager of CR Corporate Service and as a Director of CR SWCS. He previously held the positions of as the Vice General Manager,  Deputy Director and Senior Legal Counsel of the Legal & Compliance Department of CR Group, and served as the Director of the Legal Department of CR Ng Fung. Mr. Li holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Peking University and joined China Resources Group since 2003.

Dr. Maurice Ngai is a director and Chief Executive Officer of CR SWCS. Dr. Ngai is a top-notch governance professional, a popular speaker on corporate governance and risk management subjects, and is acting and acted in the capacity of an independent non-executive director (“INED”) of reputable listed companies on HKEX and SSE, and a specifically selected candidate from the “talent pool” of SASAC of the State Council for an INED and an external director of state-owned companies.

Dr. Ngai holds various positions in the Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies, including a Vice Chairperson of the General Committee, the Chairman of Membership Services of the Sub-Committees, a member of both Financial and Regulatory Affairs Committee and ESG Committee of the Sub-Committees. He is also a Vice Chairman of Professional Services Panel of the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI) and a member of Governance Committee of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). Dr. Ngai was the President of HKCGI (2014-2015), an unofficial member of Working Group on Professional Services under Economic Development Commission of HKSAR Government (2013-2018) and a member of the Qualification and Examinations Board of HKICPA (2013-2018), and had been appointed as the first session of Finance Expert Consultants of Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China since June 2016 until April 2021.

Dr. Ngai is a Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom, a member of HKICPA, a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute, a Fellow of HKCGI, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Dr. Ngai obtained a Doctoral Degree in Economics (Finance), a Master's Degree in Corporate Finance, a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Law (honour).

Ms. Sylvia Wong is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA), a Hongkong-Macao Member of the Tenth, Eleventh and twelfth Session of Jiangxi Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and former Chairperson of Institute of Accountants Exchange. She had served in reputable international corporations and has been market leader in one of the well-known accounting firms in PRC. With CR SWCS, Ms. Sylvia Wong endeavors to promote new business concepts and ensures that CR SWCS is at the forefront of the industry by virtue of her strong network, various benefits of resources and acute market awareness.

Mr. Song is currently the Director and CFO of CR SWCS. He previously served as the Professional Director of the Strategy Management Department of China Resources Group and held position as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young Hua Ming (Special General Partnership). Mr. Song is a FCCA and HKICPA, and holds an GMBA degree from the University of Manchester, UK and Bachelor degree of Economics, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He joined China Resources Group since 2013 and CR SWCS in 2024.

Mr. Zhang, Vice General Manager and Board Secretary of CR SWCS, brings a wealth of expertise in corporate strategy and international business development. He has a proven history of successfully expanding overseas operations in markets associated with the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).

His professional background includes key positions at AVIC International Beijing Company, China Resources Shouzheng Tendering Company, and the Strategy Development Department of CR Corporate Services Company, where he accumulated solid cross-sector experience in strategic planning and business implementation.

Mr. Zhang earned his Master of Science in Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and his Bachelor's degree in Management from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. He further enhances his strategic insight with the Certified ESG Planner (CEP) qualification.
