COMPANY PROFILE

Yunnan Jinxun Resources Co Ltd is a China-based company primarily engaged in the ore processing, smelting, as well as the sales of copper products and trading of non-ferrous metals. The Company mainly operates its business through two segments. The Metal Production and Processing segment is engaged in the production and sale of copper cathodes which are produced using the solvent extraction electrowinning technology, processing and sale of copper concentrate, and processing and sale of cobalt and related material. The Trading Business segment is engaged in the trading business for non-ferrous metal. The Company conducts its business in the domestic market and overseas markets, mainly including Democratic Republic of the Congo, Zambia and Peru.
